Photo and video recording

During Wolf Dance Fest, photos and videos may be taken of performances, award ceremonies, rehearsals, common areas and the general atmosphere of the event.

Recording may be carried out by the organiser, authorised photographers and videographers, and accredited media representatives.

Use of materials

Photo and video material may be used for:

• coverage of Wolf Dance Fest;
• publication on the official website;
• publication on official social media;
• photo and video reports;
• informational materials;
• promotion of future Wolf Dance Fest events.

Individual images

If a specific person is the main subject of a photo or video and the material is used for advertising or marketing purposes, the organiser complies with applicable legal requirements and obtains appropriate consent where necessary.

Minors

If consent is required to use an individual image of a minor, it is given by a parent or legal guardian.

Registering a child for Wolf Dance Fest does not in itself constitute general consent to the promotional use of the child's individual photos or videos.

General shots

Participants and guests may appear in general shots of the stage, the audience, groups of participants, award ceremonies and the general atmosphere of the event.

Such materials are used in accordance with applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent

Where an image is used on the basis of consent, that consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future.
