Accreditation for photo and video
General provisions
Professional photo and video recording at Wolf Dance Fest is permitted only after prior accreditation by the organiser, unless the organiser specifies otherwise.
Application
The accreditation application must be submitted no later than 14 days before the event.
The application must include:
- first and last name;
- name of the media outlet, studio or project, if applicable;
- contact details;
- link to website, portfolio or social media;
- type of intended recording;
- intended purpose of use of the materials.
Submitting an application does not guarantee accreditation.
Recording rules
Accredited photographers and videographers must follow the organiser's instructions, stay only in permitted areas, not disturb performances or the work of the jury and staff, not block passageways, and comply with safety rules.
The use of flash during performances may be prohibited.
Recording minors
Accreditation does not grant an automatic and unlimited right to use individual images of participants.
Photographers and videographers are themselves responsible for complying with applicable law when further publishing their materials.
Use of materials
Materials must be used within the purposes stated in the accreditation, unless otherwise agreed separately with the organiser.
When publishing, it is recommended to credit the event name Wolf Dance Fest.
The transfer of materials to the organiser and the scope of usage rights granted are agreed separately.
Withdrawal of accreditation
In the event of a breach of the event rules, the organiser may withdraw the accreditation and require professional photo or video recording to stop.
